a. Third-Party Service Providers: We may share collected information with trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the App, provided they adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards.

b. Legal Compliance: We may disclose personal information when required to comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights or the rights of others.

c. Payments: When you subscribe to CaddyCore Premium on the web, payment is taken by Stripe, Inc., which receives your card details directly; the Management never sees or stores your card number. We keep a Stripe customer identifier, your subscription's plan, status and renewal date, and a record of each payment, and we send Stripe your name and, where you have given one, your email address. Where you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store processes the payment under its own privacy policy and sends us a transaction record that we keep to grant and renew your subscription; we receive no payment details from the store.

a. Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security protocols and take appropriate measures to safeguard user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

b. Limitations: While we strive to protect user information, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is entirely secure. Users acknowledge that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Developer services and API security

For developer accounts we process account and contact details, team roles, key identifiers and non-reversible key digests, agreement acceptance records and security audit activity. These records support account administration, access control and customer support. API key secrets are stored encrypted so authorized account members can reveal or copy them later. Plaintext secrets are not stored in the account database.

Cloudflare processes requests to operate and protect the API. Our API analytics record route category, method, status, timing, protection decisions and a daily pseudonymous network identifier. Protected asset analytics use an opaque account identifier. These analytics do not contain raw IP addresses, email addresses, cookies, bearer keys, query text or request bodies. They are operational estimates, not billing records. Cloudflare Analytics Engine retains these events for three months; provider request logs are separate and may contain request metadata.

Developer account, agreement and audit records are retained while needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact support@golfcore.org to request access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations. Access is restricted to authorized operators and service providers. The course-data API does not provide player locations, private club rosters or messages.
