Where it started
GolfCore was founded in 2023 for private-club play in California: walking rounds, single-bag caddies, and the operational detail that standard requires. The Institute Golf Club in Morgan Hill was the founding club. Its tee sheet and caddie yard have run on GolfCore since December 2023.
What the club needed shaped what golfers get. The yardage book a caddie carries became green maps drawn contour by contour, with wind modeled over the hole at the player's position. The shop's tee sheet became ClubOffice.
What GolfCore is now
- For golfers A golf GPS that reads like a caddie Yardages to the front, center and back of every green, green maps with contour lines and fall-line arrows where a green is mapped, wind modeled over the hole, scoring with friends, and Shot Tracer on swing videos. The GPS, scorecard, watch apps and Shot Tracer are free. CaddyCore Premium adds the read.
- For clubs ClubOffice, with Anser The tee sheet and bookings, the caddie yard, the front desk inbox and announcements, food and beverage on course, tournaments with live leaderboards, the roster and the club's branding, in the same app its members carry. Anser, the club's AI copilot, books, staffs and texts on request and answers from the club's own records.
- For caddies One yard across every club Loops come off real tee times and are confirmed by text. A caddie onboarded at one club can be requested by any club on the platform, and carries the same green maps, wind and pins as the players they serve.
- For developers The course data, through an API The Course Data API and a keyless MCP server serve course, hole and green data to apps and AI assistants, on Free, Starter and Pro plans.
