Bushnell Golf is the companion app to Bushnell's rangefinders and GPS speakers, with a free membership and a paid Plus plan. GolfCore is a golf GPS with free yardages, green maps, modeled wind and a free Shot Tracer on iPhone. Which fits depends on whether you play with a Bushnell device, and whether you want your yardages on an Apple Watch.
Bushnell's app is built around its own hardware. GolfCore runs on the iPhone and the Apple Watch with no device to buy, and adds modeled wind and a free Shot Tracer.
GolfCore publishes this comparison of its own product, with Bushnell Golf's details read from its own website on October 8, 2026.
The Bushnell Golf app pairs with Bushnell rangefinders and GPS devices such as the Wingman speaker. It has a free membership and a Plus plan at $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and its approach views add heat maps and tilt.
GolfCore gives the front, center and back of the green and the distances to hazards and layups free, at every course. Premium adds green maps with contour lines and fall-line arrows, and wind modeled over the hole.
GolfCore also traces your swing videos: film a swing or pick one from Photos and it draws the ball flight on the video, free and with no limit on iPhone.
